The tween years can be both beautiful and challenging — for girls and for the parents raising them. As our daughters navigate changing friendships, growing independence, social pressures, and questions about who they are, many moms find themselves wondering how best to support them.
Join us for an open and supportive conversation designed specifically for mothers of tween girls. This session will create space to connect with other moms, share experiences, and explore some of the most common challenges girls face today.
Drawing from our work with girls through The Empowered Girl programs, we’ll share insights into what tween girls are experiencing right now and offer simple, practical ways parents can help build confidence, emotional resilience, and strong communication at home.
This is not a lecture or a traditional workshop.
It’s a guided, thoughtful conversation in a space designed for openness and connection.
Together we’ll explore:
- What tween girls are experiencing in today’s world
- Common challenges around friendships, confidence, and growing independence
- Practical ways to support your daughter’s self-esteem and emotional well-being
- How to keep communication open during the tween years
