The venerable Olbiston Apartments were built in 1898 and were substantially and historically restored and reopened in 2024. The group that was responsible for this dramatic transformation is Liberty Affordable Housing of Rome, NY. They have graciously agreed to allow the Landmarks Society to help to showcase this effort in a rare one-day open house on Friday, October 18th, 2024, from 10 am to 3 pm. A donation of $5 will benefit the efforts of the Landmarks Society. Parking will be on the street or in adjacent commercial parking lots. Entrance is in the rear at the new vestibule.
